Learning Difficulties

Ok, so here are some links to pages that explain a bit about the commonly known learning difficulties – click on each name to go to the page. You’ll probably notice as you go through the sites that, although there are some specific issues associated with various syndromes, it is also possible to identify common issues across a range of learning difficulties. These types of learning difficulty are characterised by ‘Global Developmental Delay’ – this is a term that describes a delayed achievement of ‘normal’ milestones and is sometimes used to describe learning difficulties that do not have a specific cause.
